Video – It’s a Big Deal
At M we have made a commitment to raising the bar when it comes to marketing our listings. Video has become a central piece of our marketing program as it provides an experience and view that stills alone can’t match. We shoot multiple videos on each listing and are adding new equipment and experimenting with additional techniques and shots that allow us to capture the story of each home and convey its special attributes. Below are some examples of quick tours and highlights videos from some recent M realty listings. The homes range from modest $275K to over $1,000K and in each case the same care is taken to give a sense of space and flow, and present the high points of the home.
